Return Policy

1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, if returned within 30 days of receipt unused in the original packaging, you will be issued a refund.
3. All Baseball/Softball bat returns must be to the manufacturer, not Lloyd Sixsmith.

Returning your Merchandise

1. Pack the item in the original packaging, if possible.
2. Please include all paperwork, accessories, and parts.
3. Please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. All items must be returned in an unused condition.
5. We recommend returning your item through UPS or FEDEX or any other service that provides a tracking number
6. Shipping charges are not refundable
